1. Ping. Check the availability of the server.

First, you need to check that the server is available and whether it is possible to fix something on it. This is done via the "ping" command.

Open command line "Start => Run => cmd" (on lnux and mac type "Terminal" in search) and then type ping xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx (xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx instead of x you must write the server's IP address specified in the server profile).



If there is Ping (as shown in the picture above) - go to the next step (check Apache)

If ping does NOT use any online ping, like just-ping.com or network-tools.com if there is Ping there, contact your Internet service provider, if there is no ping there, then restart your server or open a ticket .
